My Tinnitus

Hi everyone, my name is Tamanna
I am 18 years old.

I had undergone tympanoplasty on 19th feb 2017. It has been more than an year now!

I had got an injury which lead my ear drum to tear.

I had tinnitus ever since I was injured. I thought it will go away after my surgery.
But unfortunately it is still there and I am very sad about it.

If anyone has an opinion or a cure or certain measures that I can take to take care of my ear, please let me know. I am extremely sad about this condition of mine.

What have you done to root cause your T after your surgery?
Did you do a hearing test?
What do doctors say?

Welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear your are sad about T since you think your T is from an ear drum injury, have you got any treatment for that to see if the ear drum can be repaired? What did your ENT say if you have seen one? Since we are not doctors here, it will be hard to advise on ear drum injury. You can search the forum with ear drum injury and there should be much discussions about that condition in the past.
