I feel like I'm deaf with how much sound I avoid. All speaker sounds give my face pain. I miss sound. Anyone knowledgeable with sound and music who can tell me how to set up speaker equalizers to contain less high frequencies. Bass, treble, ratios etc.

I know there are guides out there. Just want opinions/advice from people with ear problems.

Can't type much today. I'm hurting.

Well yeah, if you have an equalizer crank down the highs.
