      Cause of Tinnitus:
Started with a cold, possibly worsened by medication/noise
As my tinnitus gets worse I struggle to sleep and as soon as I wake up it's over and I'm stuck in bed with torture. I don't want to increase benzos or take Z/GABA drugs.

Quetiapine and Mirtazapine are options I might look at but I'd rather try an Orexin inhibitor. Problem is the international online pharmacies I found online don't sell it. There is no generic as it is a new drug, so I suspect that it can be very expensive.

Can anyone give an indication of the price range and some tips on how we could purchase it internationally? I tried a few web searches but got nothing.

@hans799? @Lyta Norman? Thanks in advance.

In Canada, a 5 mg pill seems to go for about $1.75 per pill which is about $1.35 in US dollars. However, I have no idea what the pills actually cost in USA, since they often charge more.

I tried but can't find any provider that ships them to the EU.

I know this is an older post but I just got Dayvigo from my doctor. Really struggling with sleep. And even worse since stopping Seroquel and upping antidepressant. I was concerned about combining it with my AD as on Drugs.com it says it has a major reaction. My AD seems to react with everything. But my doctor says it just means we can't go on a dose higher than 5 mg. But nervous this will upset the apple cart since I'm in withdrawal, etc.

Anyone else on here take Dayvigo with other meds?

I found a provider, I'll buy it if Mirtazapine stops working.

Do you still take Dayvigo? Does it work long term? Are you in the US?
