I've had tinnitus for a few years. About 3 years ago I permanently perforated an eardrum. Luckily no major hearing loss. In April this ear was accidently submerged in water and I was aware of a slight sloshing sound in my ear. Since then I have suffered from hay fever leading to, I think, a blocked eustacian tube. Having tried to clear this with an Ear Popper, my tinnitus has worsened. Have I done some permanent damage and what do I do now? Help please!
