If so, do you know or suspect what caused your tinnitus?

I voted no and I suspect it's noise induced.

Some people do, but there's also many that do not. To me, this sounds like the kind of thing that ENTs get taught about in med school and then keep asking it forever.

Yeah I think I did. I turned up my headphones too loud and I got a pop and it hurt a bit. Next day, tinnitus!

Yes, and mine is likely noise induced. Heard a pop, got a bit of vertigo for a few seconds and a horrible noise of electricity, almost like a swarm of electric bees filled my head with noise.

Pop only in my left ear, but both ears are affected.

Yes, a few days after my initial noise exposure there was a sudden pop in the back of my head followed by a warm feeling.

To this day I can still feel pressure and stinging pain from that exact spot at the back of my head (just behind my left ear).

I was ok the last few years, ever since I disappeared but I was living a very quiet lifestyle doing a little more every year to get to some form of life again.

I have been going through a bit of a rough patch the last few weeks although I have absolutely no idea why to be honest lol, I just spiked out of nowhere so as of right now it’s a bit rough but I am going to see a neurologist during the week to see if it’s something medicine related.

No, we split up during the crisis stage, to be honest I told her to leave and get on with her life, she wasn’t going to have a life with me and I knew that so it wouldn’t be fair lumping her with this crap, she’s happy so that’s all that really matters in regards to that I guess lol.

With that in mind I should really change my profile picture xD
