Problems with the Toilet!

Hi folks,

I know some of us get Anxiety when moving from room to room because we have settled in the current room we are in. And moving involves altering the "soundscape" which has been masking our tinnitus to some degree.

I get bad anxiety going to the toilet because the toilet is quiet. I tend to leave it to the last minute.

Oh well lol...

Can't you turn on a faucet?

A tip for those with H who are bothered by the sound of a flushing toilet: Close the lid before flushing. It makes a big difference.

Put some Amazon Echos around the house and then when you move room shout: 'Alexa, play some white noise' or 'Alexa, play some music'.

Take your phone with you play some nature sounds , white noise.I do it all the time . Bathroom is quiet.
