I am 9 hours at work and there are various situations where I can't plug my ears, so I put them in and out multiple times per day.

I have two different kinds of plugs, Earpeace musician plugs with filters and regular foam plugs.

When inserting the plugs, that never goes without sounds that sound extremely loud. The musician plugs are made of plastic or rubber, I do not know, but they kind of like "pop" when you insert them.

The foam plugs need to be pushed in a little to get in deep, that is of course also pretty loud.

Do you have tricks to insert your plugs silently? Or am I thinking too much that this might be dangerously loud?

Make sure you are inserting the earplugs corrects. Be careful when doing so and never push them.
