      RaZAH,

If the above articles are correct, your experience may be demonstrating what many have claimed--that lack of magnesium can play a large role in tinnitus.

Maybe this experience has unmasked a contributor to your tinnitus?

Again, if these articles are accurate, they explain the wide variety of results people are getting from vitamin D.

I drove to the store in the middle of the night and bought some Magnesium.
I have been through absolute insane T during these 5 years , last few days went above and beyond.
I strongly suggest not doing this D vitamin shit .....phew.
I just thought it would not be a big deal taking too much D3 ...but of course I stumbled across another thing that can make T much worse. Its fascinating how many things can badly affect T and yet nothing can affect it positively ?

Yes, I will have blood work done this week.

Possibly , but I have even had magnesium IV´s in the past and that did nothing.

However, it sounds like a forced *deficiency* of magnesium surely does something.

In this case I would say that I am 99% certain of that , like seriously , extremely, excruciating T, the worst I have experienced apart from that one time where I fell asleep and awoke in a plane .
I cannot put it into words.

      Wow...

      RaZaH,

I do know someone who flushed all his supplements down the toilet. He got so fed up with his ears that he said, "The heck with it." He even threw away his earplugs and started ignoring his diet. Instead of buying vitamins, he took friends out to eat. And he got vastly better in a short period of time.

I'm not suggesting you do all that, but maybe there's a happy medium.

I don't know where you fall, but a lot of people on this forum are walking laboratories. Their tinnitus probably has no idea what's happening or what's coming next.

Well, at least I have only tried Trobalt and no other drugs.

As for magnesium deficiency, these apparently are the symptoms.

      • Painful muscle spasms?
      • Muscle cramping?
      • Fibromyalgia?
      • Facial tics?
      • Eye twitches, or involuntary eye movements?

My body hurts a lot so I guess I fulfill that criteria.
I do have some muscle spasms but only when I fully relax....involuntary hand movements , twitches.
Interestingly I also have eye twitches , or rather eye lid twitches that are driving me mad.
Having said that , you can find a match for any symptoms to be caused by anything ...so.
