Sensorion's New Drug: SENS-401

I am now developing Tin132 for treatment of ear problems.
Did ear141 pass FDA checks?
Good luck on tin132.
I'm only just starting tin00001 (it's actually an attempt to patent the sentence "live with it"), I've had some very angry trial-lees at Phase III but I'm hoping on a fast tracking schedule and availability at a modest price. I'm thinking $1000 per ear. Investors are going nuts over it.

and there is a risk of T worsening I believe
For what I was told, if you lost your hearing and currently suffer from NO tinnitus at all, this implant will most likely give someone tinnitus in that ear.

If you have loud tinnitus already, (like me) this implant will typically reduce your tinnitus.

So it seems there is a certain range/level of tinnitus these implants will give you, and many that already had a high level of tinnitus find a big decrease in that ear. Weird huh?

Both ear141 and tin132 are in clinical trials and will be brought to market in late fourth quarter 2018. Once this occurs we will have the first treatment for inner ear disorders. When we get there it will be revolutionary.

*This information contains forward looking statements such as "will be" and "once this occurs" and "when we get there" these statements are dependent upon succeesfull clinical trials.*

Ok ! It makes the choice a little easier for you maybe ?

Is "ear141 and tin132" are joke ?
I don't undertand !
what is the laboratory that develops its drugs?
Thanks

Hopefully this could be given to patients along with antibiotics to prevent further tinnitus spikes and hearing loss from occurring.

@Codaz , tinnitus may not be a priority (can we blame the world for that, when dozens of horrible diseases are not curable ?), but hearing loss is a HUGE field where big money can be made.

So a lot of research is going on for treating hearing loss. And T and H sufferers will benefit from this.

As said earlier, it's no longer a question of 'if", but of "when".

@MikeP505 : you're facing a difficult choice. Cochlear implant might compromise your chances to get a more effective treatment one day, and there is a risk of T worsening I believe ? It's really hard, maybe you should start a thread to get plenty of insights because it's a vital question for you.

So you think that solving T could be a byproduct of the research into solving hearing loss?

What I hope is that new quantum computers can calculate us a drug. Their power is far more advanced than we actually think of right now. On Alzheimers decease now big data is gathered to find a possible explanation why some people reach 80 and others only 60, what the treatment could be is even further away.

I would rather researchers find a cure for cancer first! Imagine one day some genius or team of them actually finds a method of killing cancer cells? Instant multi billionaires or even the first trillionaires! After cancer, the next thing to cure would be hideous ailments like ALS and other neuro-muscular ailments.

Can you explain more? That's the first I've heard of that.
The cells in your ears are made of fat, they need the fats we've evolved eating regularly, the right makeup of fats to function and protect itself, omega -3 are great because the body can make all the fats it needs from omega - 3 (monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, saturated fats). In other words by just getting omega-3 you can guarantee Oto-protection until you die. You don't need for big Pharma to figure this one out. Omega 3's are available at your local whole foods. I prefer a big swig of cod liver oil each morning. Okay you don't have to worry about your T getting worse if you get a big swig of cod liver oil each morning. We evolved eating a lot of omega 3 (it's also in plants in trace amounts) so that's what your body runs well on, in 1000 years if you and your kids and their kids eat McDonald's and their kids eat McDonald's and so on for a thousand years then your kids kids kids ect might actually run better on McDonald's but right now you run best on what we evolved eating. Omega 3's are oto-protective. Is it possible to fuck up your ears even when taking an omega-3? Probably if you try but no matter what the damage will be less wit faster recovery if you have bio -available omega-3's ;)

@Ian Mac Wow, thanks for the info. Just did some further research. Will be going out and buying Omega 3 supplements ASAP.

For those who take Omega 3 supplements, what dosage are you on?

Fat is great energy, and fat doesn't make you fat, carbs make you fat. So don't worry get a high quality omega -3 like cod liver oil not just a little pill, you want to be downing this stuff it's sooo good for you. Don't worry about dose you can't overdose and any extra is great energy (at 9 calories per gram!) swig it swig it and then twig it two times more.

I'm taking some calamari oil, 500mg.
Never heard of it but was recommended as being good

There are many cures for cancer.. Unfortunately cancer is worth 300 billion a year to big pharma.

I'd do keto diet, cannabis, vitamin c and mistletoe extract injections before Chemotherapy. Chemo is nuts.
And you would end up like Steve Jobs, who did all those things before trying conventional treatments (too late then)

He died.

If he had started conventional treatments early enough instead of the nonsense he would be alive!!!!!!!!

Yes, and I think that chemical drugs are mainly done for the business of the laboratory not to firstly cure people. I would say that we may try natural treatment before trying experimental drug and being the human rat for laboratory.

I was surprised to read that there is a placebo group in animal studies.

I expect it's something of a misnomer, that researchers are trying to account for animals' reaction to the experimental process itself rather than to any drug they're being given. If your placebo group shows the same response as the group being given the drug, then you should probably conclude that the response is not caused by the drug but by other parts of the experiment (the environment, being handled, being given injections, etc.). Just my 2 cents' worth...
