      Anyone have any feedback or success with Vitamin B12 and or Niacin? I'm currently taking magnesium. Thanks for the future input? :)

      @Rudy

      Do you have pain? I don't have pain with my H. But all sounds are much louder.
      Anyone tried N-Acetyl Cysteine/N-AC for H?

      Mostly sensitivity to sound. If I hear something that is loud it does hurt my ear, not constant pain though. I tried NAC for a little over a month and no changes.

      A lot of people with H. talk about pain, do you hear everything louder? I sometimes get pain in my ear but not from sound, I think it's T-related. My (low, not loud) T sometimes goes from one to the other ear. I want to do TRT. H. bothers me so much more.

      @Rudy When you only have pain than it's not H? H is when all sounds are too loud. But some people with H do also have pain from sounds.

      I personally think I do have H just not as bad. Squeaky breaks, dogs barking in the same room, slammed doors, sirens, alarms...all hurt my ears. There is absolutely no way I would be able to survive in a bar or movie theater.

      @Rudy your h sounds very mild man. i have very bad h as everything hurts my ears even talking too much it has been getting worse these couple of months, i can here everything even with my doors closed like this super hearing but not so super as it hurts. when i get exposed to something that ticks my ears like a cough or even the sound of my bones poping my ear begins to ache then it gets hot then it feels like hot steam is coming out the ear man then my T spikes not a good scene u seem like ur under control and stable.

      Hi man.
      I know I took a high dosage as I was advised to take lots of it by a guitarist who also had bad hyperacusis and tinnitus.
      I think it was Slo Mag that i took and one tablet contains 535mg of magnesium chloride. So i took 2 of those in the morning and 2 again at night as recommended on the leaflet.

      @Geo Hi I read you have ear pain, maybe consider taking magnesium, ive gotten extreme earpain again a few weeks ago, so bad at times that my voice hurts my ears. Ive taken mag in the past for the pain it helped me so much that the pain was gone for as long as i took the magnesium.
      I started taking magnesium again this weekend and today the pain is almost gone and my T is very mellow, to me atleast, some people might think its till loud but ive got extremely loud tinnitus so now i cant even hear it anymore, but its still there obviously, to me this is like silence.
      Maybe try the magnesium man! It might just help you!
      all the best!
