I have a serious problem when i rest my body to bed i have increase in T.
When iam in standing position i have less T or no T.

For example if iam in standing and have 0db T (checked with closed ears) if i fall to bed i start to hear T.
Also when i wake up i have most times loud T that resolves partially some hours after i stand up.

Have someone else this symptoms ?

My two thoughts are somatic/tension issues, or vascular changes with posture causing a changing in ringing. It doesn't sound harmful.

T being louder right before bed is, I think, very common, posture notwithstanding. I know at least a couple people who are not aware of or bothered by T in general, but who can detect it to some extent while laying against their pillow at night.

Many people notice changes in loudness right upon waking, or within the first couple hours of the day. It's as if the auditory system has to recalibrate itself each day, sometimes you end up with the needle stuck in the red for the T signal.

In general I don't think about my T much right when I first wake up, and in fact I often have thoughts like "it is very quiet in here even though my head is not especially quiet" -- but sometimes I do get strong tone bursts right around waking in the 4am-8am window, and I really think it's just a manifestation of the cortisol alarm system as my body starts to wake up.

Sounds like me. Everymorning when i wake up i hear T but not that load. After getting up my T goes way up and stay that way for some time and somethimes it lowers again.

No i think is serious because i had sudden hearing loss.
This is one type T i have also have T that not depend on head position.
This happens on sleep and in sleep i had the sudden hearing loss

It happens to me too. My T can be really quiet then suddenly spikes when I lay my head down. Any tips?

      Could it be vascular?

I have the same, also SSHL and now low freq T that is different when I lay on my face (loud) or on my back (less loud).
Have you find some clues? Soon I will have an MRI for Hydrops.

      Sounds like a vascular problem.

I have terribly low blood pressure when lying down, 70/40, some kind of autonomic nervous dystem dysfunction and when that happens by heart has to compensate by elevating my heart rate, a lot... And that increases my tinnitus. Heart rate, blood pressure, physical deconditioning.. they can affect T.

Could be a muscle problem as well. Tight neck muscles for example. Or jaw problems.. cervical disc or nerve problems... And so on...?
