Ultra High Hiss

I have this ultra high hiss that came and went a few days ago. I have it again today and it isn't going away. I can't mask it. What the hell is going on. Is it going to stay? What do I do?

Mine is also a really high hiss in both ears and never stops and a lower sound that pops up also sometimes

Is this the sound you get from Meniere's? I am worried that this means that I have Meniere's.

I hear hissing, ringing, sirens, waterfall, electrical storm and dentist drill. I swear to God I'm gonna lose my mind soon. Very soon.
