My left ears feels as if it was clogged and blocked and something missing in my hearing. There is no detectable hearing loss in an audiogram and OAE test is normal.

What could it be? I have had several louder noise exposures lately during and before it started. No earwax visible as well. I have been stuck with this for a month now and I am confused.

If it is like some sort of noise induced hearing loss then that should be visible on an audiogram or OAE test, right? I know that hidden hearing loss is also a real thing but still.

Tinnitus can cause hearing fluctuations and a presure feeling in your ear as if it was blocked and also Eustation tube dysfunction...
Try not to worry as your tests were clear and look forward to a lovely Christmas and New year.

If your symptoms get worse then see your doctor....lots of love glynis

What glynis said. No question you have tinnitus related symptoms and perhaps unrelated to hearing loss. Many of us have intermittent symptoms as you describe. I do.
Based upon all you have written, somehow you need to a different level of calm. I know this is easy to write and sometimes hard to achieve because you are freaked out about the changes to your health. But you need to move to a higher level of hopefulness for your future. Nobody has a crystal ball as to what the future holds for any of us. But in absence of bad news, choose hopefulness and not despair.
Try to focus on your life and less on your tinnitus and your tinnitus will improve IMHO.
Good luck.

Yes I have seen them all. Everything is in the normal range for hearing.
If you have them, you should post them. Someone might be able to give you some ideas. The normal range is pretty wide. My hearing is in the normal range and I can tell you it is anything but normal.

Maybe it's your Eustation tubes since they connect to the ear.

An ent can put a camera down your nose and can see if they are blocked or stuck open
