Not so surprising when you see the face of the dude who runs the place and has the admins of TSMB in his pocket's - not to mention Nagler as his faithful little lapdog.



The above image is the guy who has meticulously avoided his real identity getting exposed for roughly two decades while polluting the various tinnitus boards - notably TSMB and chat hyperacusis - with his "pink-noise-pseudo-science" and non-sense hyperacusis advice.

Not sure what he got booked for. But you can tell that something "ain't right" with the guy just by looking at him.

On the contrary a person DOES need to worry about hyperacusis. Hyperacusis can strike at any time. The fact that a person has already developed problems with the inner ear should raise more than enough concern to justify being extra cautious in the future.

 

I'm actually answering on the same thread to the patient with facts and brutal logic. And if it wasn't so crazy how departed these guys are from reality, it'd be parody.
