Someone explain why I got such a terribly loud spike out of the blue .. it's so much noticeable right now and I was so sure I habituated ..

Such a bad spike I measured my brothers scream and it's about 100 decibels. I have to suffer through that every single day 100 times.

update, I've kinda habituated. I cant really hear it in the day, but I do hear it before I go to sleep. Hopefully it'll die down more.
oh yea, I got ear plugs the other day. it doesn't seem I'll need them anytime soon since I'm always at home, but I always carry them with me
