Pretty uncomfortable with this forum. It seems pretty toxic and negative, and I usually feel worse after using it. Trying to avoid it now May 22, 2020

I hear you @pinkrose16, I don't blame you one bit. I get it, but I still seem to come back several times a week. I've learned to simply keep scrolling on those negative post. I follow several people here but they are those that tend to be supportive. I will say this. You'll need those success stories to get you through this. I'm not where I want to be, but I'm not were I was. Hang in there and God Bless.

Well said @Eloy Resendez Jr I have found the ignore button particularly useful in dealing with people that are a persistant annoyance. They do not help or support anyone they just like to argue and be negative....

But my VS has gotten a bit more intense and my floaters are noticeable. I think I just need more to do tho

Maybe you should try the new treatment by VSI?

Tinnitus isn’t bothering me. Can sit in my room without white noise at night and I feel relaxed. It’s actually calming to hear my T haha

I’ve been able to sleep without white noise, not noticing my T or visual snow as much :)

So conflicted about going to a concert in September, I’ll talk to the ENT I’m seeing soon about it

No concert is worth the torture of increased permanent tinnitus.

Made the choice to go to a roller rink with my family for a couple of hours and now my tinnitus is up. Permanent or temporary spike?

Well two years have passed since I was on this forum. I had gotten to the point of habituation. But recently I’ve had a spike so I’m back :(
