NAC May Have Helped My Hearing Loss, Although It Definitely Gave Me High-Frequency Tinnitus

It’s crazy how similar your case is to mine. Both of us developed high-frequency tinnitus from sound trauma, and both right after taking NAC. However, my high-frequency tinnitus went down dramatically after I stopped taking NAC. I’m now trying Clinical Sublingual Glutathione in the morning and...

Sudden Hearing Changes, Tinnitus, and Fear of Steroid Treatment After Past Trauma

Update 5: I just got back home from my ENT appointment. I could barely hear what either of the two doctors was saying. Apparently, my eardrum is fine, but there’s a lot of earwax. They also said there’s no more fluid in my ear. I can still hear my own voice. I have an appointment with the...

Ear Pain After Accidentally Inserting Finger too Deep into Ear Canal

I stuck my finger in my ear yesterday because I didn’t have time to use earplugs. I think I went too deep into the canal, and now my inner ear is really sore and painful. Has anyone else done this? I’m just wondering how long the discomfort might last. It has happened before, but I’ve forgotten...

    2024 US Presidential Election

Wouldn't the Democrats have released the Epstein files during Biden's four years in office if they contained evidence that could have ruined Trump's chances of winning the 2024 election? They're pretty boneheaded most of the time, but I doubt they would have missed an opportunity like that.

Hello @Deamon22, First of all, thank you very much for your reply! I’ve received many recommendations about wearing a headband or scarf, and I think that will be my go-to choice this winter. I’ll definitely let you know how it goes! I also noticed that you’re from Italy, which is full of...

Sudden Loud Whistle in a Subway Tunnel — Clogged Feeling in Ear

Your anxiety and fear response to the sound they made is more likely the cause of the inner ear cramping, as your inner ear muscles tense up in anticipation of the sound. I experience the same thing but have gotten better at managing it by letting go of that fear and anxiety. If something that...
