Looking like Trump is failing again as a judge ruled 'crime fraud exception' in the case of Trump illegally stashing secret docs. Many experts say that this is very bad news for Trump when your lawyer testifies that you said false statement to the federal government and obstructed justice in furtherance of your crimes.

Many people say that conservatives are already martyrs. The only principles they hold are those of grievance and revenge.

Hey @Jammer -- Do you ever wonder (like I do), why there aren't similar criminal investigations originating out of Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada, and Pennsylvania? Feels to me like a lot of state prosecutors are asleep at the switch, and too many at the DOJ as well. I think Garland has done incalculable damage by mostly sitting on his hands for 2 years.

I just did a little calculation: If those five states would get going on their own investigations, it would more than double the investigations that Trump would have to be concerned about. -- BTW, I read an article on one of those investigations, and the likelihood Trump would be indicted. A comment at the end of the story asked, "Will he be tried as an adult?"? My wife howled with laughter when I told her that one.

 

Anybody who has been the sole or principal owner of 500 businesses could handle these five cases, and more, in their sleep.

I think that the DA may have to drop the Stormy Daniels case, as their chief witness is a pathological liar.

Yes , I do wonder about all of the Trump investigations that could be happening. I'm mainly happy to see that the ones I listed are getting traction and that indictments are on the horizon.

NYC Distract Attorney Alvin Bragg has found a new crime to indict Trump with.

 

It's not surprising that the media seems allergic to accurate descriptions about #4 that I posted above, as drama makes money. Trump is not in trouble for hush money. He’s not in trouble for fucking a porn star. He’s not in trouble for having a weird dick. He’s in trouble because rather than eat a small amount of money, which should have been nothing to him, he falsified records, grossed up payments, and in doing so violated tax and campaign finance laws. And he did it twice. Stormy isn’t the only one who swallowed the mushroom.

 

Jimmy Kimmel said he lost half his audience when he decided to make fun of Republicans only, with Trump being his favorite. Disney, which owns ABC apparently is fine with Kimmel’s decision. Disney must have a leftist liberal ideology for some reason. I don’t remember talk shows in the past being so one-sided regarding political parties.

 

Let's see DA Alvin Bragg put a convicted perjurer, Michael Cohen, who previously said that Trump had no knowledge of the payoffs, on the stand to testify that he lied and that Trump knew about it. Or, in another scenario, Alvin Bragg, knowing full well that the case is hopeless, will indict Trump anyway, so that he will have the political benefit of arresting Trump, to use in his campaign the next time he wishes to be elected.

I am guessing that he won't be able to get a conviction if he indicts Trump in this highly political maneuver unless he has a witness other than Michael Cohen, who will testify under oath that Trump knew about the payments.

 

Trump is a lunatic and his extremist fanboys are dangerous and unhinged. They are out here sending death threats and damn near calling for another riot. I'm not going to lie, Trump and his theatrics sometimes can be entertaining but enough is enough.

Somebody is going to get killed AGAIN over his cowardice. A real leader steps up and never puts his fellow countrymen in jeopardy. Trump, take your punishment like a man and stop crying. I doubt he gets over a month. He couldn't even take losing his presidential election and thus 1/6/2021 occurred.

I'd arrest him myself if I had the authority to. This is not a leader at all. Plus he grew up with zero hardships at all so I doubt he knows what hardships truly are.

Why are people so obsessed with this man? If the Democrats would forget about him, and find a qualified pair of candidates to run for president and VP in 2024, rather than Biden and Harris, Trump would be a non-issue. I will vote for him if they nominate Biden again, and so will a lot of people.

We were told that the NYC Trump indictment was coming, and the walls were caving in on him, but the Grand Jury is now being put on hiatus for a month. They are stalling because they have no case and they want to get it out of the headlines. I have been on Grand Juries and this is totally unprecedented.

We were told that the NYC Trump indictment was coming and here it is, and the disinfectant of sunshine will expose the criminal, etc. The Grand Jury was not put on hiatus for a month and the District Attorney Albin Bragg pulled a fast one and snookered both got the media and Trump to focus elsewhere; what a seasoned prosecutor he be.

The history-making indictment marks the first time a president has been charged in a criminal matter and has put Bragg's career into overdrive.

But this is just a taste of the judicial justice that awaits the Orange Catturd. Plenty more indictments are coming. Hold on to your hat, as I'm sure the Trump Turds will be flinging!
