A few months ago I found the cause of my pulsatile tinnitus (not my constant tinnitus). I had a dural ateriovenous fistula. I had the surgery May 7th and am now recovering. All seemed to have gone well and the fistula is closed. It was performed endovascularly, and now I have platinum coils and a glue like substance in my head, used to close up those blood vessels.

      Congrats on the successful surgery.
Are your coils platinum or titanium?
Keep that in mind if/when you go for an MRI. You need to ask your surgeon what Tesla rating your implants are rated for, so you can be safe.

Let's hope it helps your T.
      Good luck!
