My doctor told me I have candida and that it can be causing my tinnitus spikes when I eat sugar and carbs. I noticed when I don't eat sugar my tinnitus is a 2/10 but when I do eat it it's a 9 sometimes 10/10. My doctor told me to get candida detox pills from the health store and cut out sugar completely. He said it will take a couple of months for the candida to die off. I don't know if anybody else had success with getting rid of candida and their tinnitus lessening after that. I'll be doing the detox and give you guys an update.

Candida is a bad bacteria in your gut. It can grow too much if you have had any antibiotics recently. You should also start taking probiotics to get your digestive system back on track.
