There's speculation about England wanted to restrict the movement of its nationals. Here we call them "tourists"

Is this something you hear over there, or is this a rumour or speculation that is only mentioned in passing?

The rationale behind this would be (i) annoying the EU; (ii) making British people spend their money in the UK.

Tough day. I didn't go out. A bit of rain and some wind. We call this a "shitty weather" in Spain. In other places maybe it is a brilliant day to go out... regional differences

Absolutely! All my family and friends are convinced our country doesn’t want us to ever leave. They are making it so unbelievably hard. I feel so trapped on this god damn island!

100% correct! It’s all about money. I’m so glad someone who doesn’t live in the UK has mentioned this. Our government is definitely trapping us.

 

I’m back now baby! It was fun. My dad had a few moments where I had to tell him to behave. He can be hard work at the best of times. But overall, he and I both enjoyed it.

I thought you talked in the past about visiting some of your family in Florida? I was in the Tampa area in April to have my jaw checked out. The weather was really nice and got to see the ocean again and feed the seagulls.
