Hum/Drone Sounds and Anxiety

Can this sound in the head actually be caused by anxiety??? See below link

I looked at their website before. I don't think so personally and I had anxiety symptoms causing physical problems in the past. They may be preying on desperation. I see their founder said he got tinnitus from stress/anxiety. As much as I would like to believe it's anxiety caused, TMJD and/or cervical problems seems more likely and of course noise exposure. I was tempted to contact them though. When almost all their therapists are booked up it could be a red flag.

@just1morething Thank you for your input. I do believe that anxiety can cause all kinds of symptoms in your body.
I also agree that TMJD and/or cervical problems seems more likely to cause this sound. I just don't think this hum/drone noise comes because of noise exposure.

I have a crunchy left jaw and TMJD they say but not sure splint with bands helps? Maybe it takes time, a long, long time. I want the noise gone now though. Moves from left ear to right ear sometimes. Could be from jaw alignment problems. Very loud in left ear atm.

With stress and anxiety ANYTHING is possible. It really is. But how to differentiate it from actual physiological conditions is another thing.
I had a good dream recently that was in my pre-tinnitus days. My noise was much less that morning so anxiety/stress/trauma could affect us no doubt. How to change that is another matter.
