Hi everyone. Started with tinnitus just over a year ago. I had high blood pressure and high stress and then tinnitus. When I squeeze my cheeks or jaw both ears ring but only have T in 1 ear, I can also move my head in different positions and make the ringing louder. Can anyone help me on this?

      Welcome to Tinnitus talk.
Blood pressure and medication and stress can cause tinnitus but also jaw problems as your jaw joint is right by your middle ear TMJ, your dentist can check that out for you ....love glynis

Welcome to the forum. Glynis is right that TMJ may be the cause of your T as jaw movement can affect your T, and high stress as well as blood pressure can also trigger T. What is your tinnitus like? High pitch or low hum, or pulsatile with heart beat? Have you tried masking it or it is not at a level that bothers you?

I'd start with a doctor (I don't mean this sarcastically) to try to find a root cause.
