I listen to lots of Reggae bands. My favourites are Burning Spear, Culture, Black Uhuru, Peter Tosh, Don Carlos, Bob Marley, Damian Marley, Ziggy Marley, Stephen Marley, Dennis Brown. I keep diggin' and finding more artists.

@Vassili you have the best taste in music. If we ever met up, I would love to sit and go through some tunes with you.

I was gunna ask you if you liked Kingston Town by Alborosie. Such a tune! Actually the Panda Dub remix version of it, is pretty good too. I think Alborosie is Italian - but I could be wrong?

So much good dub comes out of Europe.

You must have listened to Jah Melodie (aka Bagga T)? ‘See King Ras Tafari’ and ‘Mr Babylon’ are two of my favourite tracks by him. I think he’s Dutch?

You also have Pupajim & the Stand High Patrol - their song ‘Business of War’, is a personal favourite of mine. I think those guys are from France.

Also, Horace Andy - ‘Money Money’.

Solomon Jabby - ‘Firmly Planted’ & ‘Jericho Horns’.

I love Kingston Town by Alborosie. I haven't heard the Panda Dub remix version of it but I will check it out if I'll find it. And yes, Alborosie is Italian.

I've checked out these two wonderful tracks by Bagga T. I liked them very much. Cool tracks, cool mix. I'm not sure of his origins but this dude can write some good stuff.

I've checked out Pupajim & the Stand High Patrol. Great TUNE. Just great. France is strong.

I love the fact that we are both into our metal, but also into our dub/reggae. It’s strange because the two genres are very different from one another.

I am an old hippie at heart. This music reflects how I feel about our society.

One of my favourite tunes is by a guy who actually comes from my home town.
His name is YT and the song is called ‘Mr Politician’.
Look up the lyrics when you listen to it. I play the song every election time in England.

Estonians and some vodka are such a wonderful mix together, lol. You should see some of us Dutchies in Amsterdam after they've got a shot of Absinthe. That's also a sight to behold XD.

It also seems to me like Estonian is a bit like Suomi/Finnish? Are there a lot of linguistic & cultural similarities between Finland & Estonia.

 

I think they've consumed drugs in the video but vodka is also very popular in Estonia.

Finnish is more archaic than Estonian. At first sight they are similar but, actually, not that similar. Yes, there are linguistic and cultural similarities between the two.

You're the not the first person to have compared me to Swayze, @Christiaan.

I was often the first person cutting shapes on the dance floor, back when there was music for me to cut shapes to.

It's been a pretty long time now since I last had that opportunity to put my dance rivals to shame, for obvious reasons, so I'd probably be quite rusty by the time that cure came about; in fact, I'd say I'd be about as mobile as Patrick Swayze is now himself...

 

So, I had never actually heard of Rob Cantor before this... but Shia LaBeouf the song/musical both looks and sounds about as good as it gets as far as live entertainment is concerned.

The only consolation for me not being able to go and see such a thing performed live, is the idea that Shia LaBeouf himself knows of its existence, and has failed to ever comment on it.
