I ordered both the Agar 35 and the Semde from Amazon. Even if the Agar 35 reduced the severity of my T by only 10-20% , for me, it would be worth the price.

 

I just received the Agar 35. I'll begin testing it tonight. Hopefully, I won't experience any negative side effects like I did with those desert mushrooms back in '94....

I think these supplements really help when pulsatile T is involved, in particular.

 

I gave it a funny icon, but actually it's (the attachment) very funny Jim.

Agar-35 would be great even if it just took the edge off.

I'll provide that info just in case engineerLA is away from the forum for a couple of days. This is right off the labels of the Agar 35 and Semde:

Agar 35 - 2-4 capsules at night. At least 45 minutes after eating.
Semde - 2-4 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach.

For my first month test I am only taking 2 capsules at a time of each.

I began using both products two days ago. The Agar 35 for possible improvement in my T condition and the Semde for anxiety/mood support. I haven't experienced any changes as yet. There may be a need for a build-up in one's system which takes some time. However, because I have had Tinnitus for more than 30 years, I am keeping my expectations very low. If I don't see any improvement after a couple of weeks on two capsules a day, I might increase my dosage to 3 or 4 capsules a day. Four per day is the maximum recommended daily dosage.

 

I have been taking the Agar 35 for 5 or so days. My sleep is better and my T is down. Still comes and goes, but more "in the background" rather than overpowering, even when at its worst. Plus and this is maybe better still, I feel a lot more relaxed and jolly. I haven't changed anything else in my diet, so I'm thinking it must be the Agar 35.

Good news, I hope I get the same results.
My order had just been shipped so hopefully not too much longer before I start.
Even if it works for anxiety only it will be better than living like this.
