Hi am from northeast of UK in hartlepool born and bread lived there all my life
Hi wayne paul,
I assume your new here and I also had T since 2008. How was you" bread" in UK ? Dumb question and expect dumb answer. How bad is your T ?
I guess the thread said " anyone from the UK ?" . I am not, but from the US.
Hello just1morething yes I'm new here I thought I'd just give it a try to see if I could get any help for my t which is very loud and also pulsates with my heartbeat its very loud at the moment, bread was meant to say bred
From what I have read pulsative T could be blockage of some blood vessels to the head. That may be fixable with surgery or drugs. It is not very common. That may be a good thing if correctable. Niacin may be of help to you. Have you seen a doctor on this ?
Yes I've read that also, yes I've tried niacin it didn't help I've seen loads of doctors I've had loads of tests loads of scans and being hospital and seen ent specialists all to no avail they say it could be anxiety but I don't agree with them but I don't know what to do now
There are some people from the UK here, that are more familiar with your NHS Health Care.
I would say 8 at the moment
How would you rate your T 1-10 10 the worst ?
Welcome aboard wayne paul!
I moved the posts from the "anyone from UK" thread to this Introduce Yourself area as a new thread, as this would fit the purpose.
That is pretty bad and annoying I am sure. Did you have a lot of noise exposure ? I am certainly no doctor and haven't beaten the T monster yet.
Welcome my friend!
Got that too - pulsatile T.
Look around and see if anything catches your attention.
Thanks calin, I could use the help.
Yes mainly loud music but also had ears syringed a couple of times I've read that could of caused tinitus
We are all just waiting for that one fix all. And ya never know what it will be. I have great hopes for a fix or a bandaid type mechanism. It will come!
It did cause mine
It has happened to others too, but is pretty rare: http://www.tinnitusjournal.com/detalhe_artigo.asp?id=462
I think Markku could help you on that
Have you been prescribed any drugs to reduce your T? Is your T in both ears or head?
it seems lyke its in both ears but ive read that tinnitus is in the head the doctors didnt give me any tablets for my t they gave me sleeping tablets and a masker both did not help.
