    @Orions Pain is it low i hope mine goes down.. its echoing but i also do have a wine glass sound i can hear by fridge or fan if it catchs a certain way my other wine glass sounds is a bunch that echos waaawaaawaaawaa builds up in both ears

    Mine is just a deafening 4khz and 6khz with static tv, tire losing air, hiss, and electrical eeee eeee eeee.

    @kingsfan do any of your sounds cause sensations of pain? I have all of those sounds too and it feels like electrical currents, and sharp zaps. It's like an electrical storm. Feels painful- not just a sound.

    I have a buzz to the fan sounds like chain dragging on ground anyone experience that does it go away

    Yeah chain or angle grinder lol. 1 year for me and slowly worsening with that sound

    Ears seem to be dull i thought i had lost hearing seems same on the hearing app in 20db except 2 freq in 30db in right

    My one tinnitus sound thats reactive sounds like a chain dragging behind a car while driving it gets louder louder to fan too

    I have this reactive buzz electrical noise competes with fan lkke dragging a chain on ground when fans on .. hope it goes away one day

    This shit was only heard in silence before the test .

    You'll have a smaller chance of any positive effects, but there's still a chance. I've seen many accounts of SSNL in which people regained their hearing but still had the tinnitus, which has led me to believe steroids aren't so effective at fixing tinnitus after it has begun.

    I understand how you feel. I saw others warn of the test after I had already been affected by it. There's always a chance your spike will subside. It was very recent.

    Whats high frequency Tinnitus sound like.. i can't hear high frequency .. mine sounds hallow like rubbing wine glass rims with water echo

    Panic sucks.. some days im good some im not.. positive but 9 years ago when i got tinnitus it did get mild after 2 years..hope same again

    Same here. 10 years ago T for the first time and i was better after 2 years. Not just better , but normal until march 2021.

    I wouldn't worry I don't think a fart is loud enough to cause a worsening unless u did a Guinness Book fart or something and that's
    unlikely. Also depends on where the fart happened at. Farts against a porcelain toilet for example can cause the sound to bounce back and reverberate louder due to the acoustic characteristics of the bowl.

    The tinnitus that bothers me most is the echoing distant bells when i move out of noise rubbing of different wine glass rims..

    First time I smoked ever I spiked but didn't after that. That was almost 20y ago. Never have smoked since I developed H. So I haven't smoked since like '05 or something.

    I've had minor hearing loss still no tinnitus ..acoustic trauma sucks it must damage other stuff

    I think acoustic trauma must impact your hearing, it's just not seen on an audiogram.

    Think my tinnitus is at its loudest tonight.. i also been on mostly water since Thursday and was on nac since Thursday except today.

    Hand dryers in public toilets. Wow! They're the worst. I heard a little girl complain to her mum once that the dryer hurts her ears. The mum told her not to be silly and to get on with it. Poor girl :(

    Sorry to hear that. It may or may not go away. Hopefully you don't get worse. I will say that there's a good chance it lowers and you'll habituate. With each trauma it gets harder to. Hang in there buddy!
