    See an ENT. Unlike tinnitus, ENTs do know how to diagnose and treat ETD.

    I have not yet tried it because my allergies are currently behaving, but my ENT advised using a nasal saline spray. Saline sprays are safe enough to use for infants, so I think they're very mild.
