I had acupuncture two days ago and I am very surprised to say that the last two days have been the best I have had since July. I'm not holding my breath but it's interesting.

I’m skeptic. Acupuncture has no physiological base and its efficacy has not been proven in any meta-study. 19 out of 30 cases were cured. It comes from China, specifically from a “Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine”.

I went once as I saw video of a certain type of Acupuncture seemed to fix it! But I went once and it didn't do one little bit. It actually made my arm hurt! So I haven't been back.

I gave acupuncture a try myself, it's very relaxing and therapeutic but it did nothing for my tinnitus unfortunately. I hope you find relief though! You never know, what doesn't work for one person may work for another.

Just wanted to give an update and say after the prescribed amount of sessions, T remains the exact same. Acupuncture may help for other ailments. It does help with anxiety and relaxation. But with tinnitus, for me... useless.

From my acupuncture experience(s), I would say that is too short. You may want to consider asking if you could go longer (w/o any extra charge).

Dear friends with hyperacusis, acupuncture significantly reduced this in one session for me, when my first ear event happened that resulted in my current tinnitus. Please try it. It made everything bearable again. My best to you.

By now I have quack test , I ask them about Tinnitus , if they pause, look at their "chinese" acupuncture chart that they all seem to have and say " the liver" is connected to the ears , I know they are clueless.
