I have the exact same thing, right in the middle of the brain. I am 29 too. The cause is probably some kind of poisonous medication. Which medicine are you using? Clonazepam? It is the only thing that calms my centered tinnitus.

Thanks! I managed to suppress it with medication. The combination of Morphine and Clonazepam likely helped me sleep—it knocked me out for seven hours. I took half a Morphine tablet (2.5 mg), 1 mg of Clonazepam, and 75 mg of Quetiapine.

Basically, as @Nes summarized, this is correct: Clonazepam, Amitriptyline, Ginkgo Biloba, and TRT are more effective together than the three medications without TRT. However, the medications were still effective when used in combination without TRT.
