That sounds like a very high dose. The highest dose of pregabalin I’ve ever taken was 150 mg, three times a day. I tend to wake up with my worst tinnitus by far. I also have numbness in my toes and feet, and sometimes a stinging sensation.

That is a question for your GP. I would think a straight switch but Gabapentin would need to be taken 3-4 times a day as it has a much shorter half life.
