I'm going to ignore @Jonno02's extremely nonconstructive and toxic feedback. Occasionally it leads to single or multiple days with lowered volume and intensity. The most important aspect though is the increased ability to withstand the noise; a kind of mental fortitude is brought about.

Yeap, that was my idea. Supposedly the timing matters, but who knows how this Lenire s**t works, and if it works at all. Having been in medical device development for 30 years in startups, most often the R&D, project and development engineers are laid off and the marketing group is staffed up once the product is released, especially when it's a one product company like Neuromod.

Do you reckon, having used Lenire, that it might rule out being able to use Auricle? Probably a stupid question but due to some change in pathways or something. I'm tempted to try Lenire but don't want to rule myself out of Auricle.

Seems to be the case. The success rate is not looking too impressive though. But I think there are some people earlier in this thread who had benefits too.

She already had nerve pain and issues before using Lenire. You can search here and see her posts related to the pain she had prior to Lenire. Attached for your reference. I also believe she was desperate about Lenire and did a full 3 hours in a row for the first few days.
