This specific allegation the court found credible enough to demand a DNA sample (she apparently has a sample on her dress to match with) which Trump keeps stalling.

He screwed himself by saying "she's not my type" because if the sample matches (the court can eventually use a cheek swab from a relative, e.g. Mary Trump if he keeps delaying) he already completely denied any encounter.

 

Here’s the thing, I get where you are coming from because like, say Candace Owens wanted to screw me, I’d totally do that despite the fact I can’t stand her because she’s fucking hot but this is not a reason whatsoever that a person can’t assault another person. Even if 99.9% of women wants Trump’s cock in their mouth, he could very easily still assault the last .1% and plus even if most women did want him, that doesn’t mean he didn’t assault them. Trump is out of office. He lost. Why do you continually bring him up? Cuomo is currently under investigation for killing more Americans than Bin Laden, and a number of sexual harassment allegations as well. The results of the investigations into the nursing home COVID-19 deaths could result in criminal prosecution, even Biden admits this. Many politicians have said that he (Cuomo) should resign because he cannot function with these investigations. The atmosphere is such, that some of his employees have stopped working.

Biden should not proclaim Cuomo guilty or innocent, at this point, but New York State needs stable, strong leadership if it is going to recover. The economic health of this country could seriously falter if this is not available. There is too much at stake, to keep this man in office. Cuomo needs to go now, not later.

 

I actually do agree with you on this at the end of the day that Cuomo should get the fuck out. But I disagree that Joe Biden wasn’t hard enough on Cuomo. Biden literally said Cuomo could be prosecuted, that’s harsher then most have gone.

And the reason Trump was brought up (because in general I do try to avoid it) is because people including myself were genuinely curious as to how you can be so critical of Cuomo based on allegations and yet not seem concerned at all with the former president’s back when he was in office. I was especially curious because I consider you to be a pretty consistent guy on these topics and I appreciate that.

 

What issues are you talking about, concerning Trump? If he had been under investigation for criminal acts such as killing, I would have supported his resignation, as it would have seriously interfered with his ability to run the country, the same as Cuomo and his relationship with New York. Practically every type of investigation possible was tried or suggested, for Trump, short of murder - the latter of which Cuomo may end up being be tried for.

If and when Trump is being investigated for murder or another very serious crime, I'll say that he should not hold public office. In the meantime, we have to get Cuomo out of office.

 

I have no problem if Cuomo eventually resigns, but the left shouldn't just surrender to prove objectivity to people that only care about power. Come on, anyone who loves Donald Trump is not really concerned with sexual assault.

I believe in due process, but I have no reason to not believe the women. Let the investigation play out.

Also, it's funny to me that COVID-19 was all on the governors, but now the vaccines are all on Trump. It all revolves around Trump being perfect.

Something I like about the Biden presidency is that there's a mixed bag of critical people and supporters that are on his side. This is what the presidency should be; something that is properly criticized under the first amendment, but also fair.

I was referring to the sexual assault accusations that you were then happy to throw at governor Cuomo but when discussing President Trump’s sexual assault allegations, one of which includes physical evidence as FGG cited, you weren’t really concerned. So I was curious to know why Cuomo should resign under an open investigation but not Trump when he’s in court stalling the clock in a rape case.

 

It’s not about proving objectivity. Cuomo should resign because he committed crimes against women and were the party of feminism. I could give less a shit what the right thinks but we’re the good guys and we can’t have people assaulting women on our team. In addition, his mishandling of COVID-19 was pretty bad and probably did kill people. On principle, I think he needs to go.

Trump is no longer a politician. Whatever is happening to him, as far as these allegations, at this time, there are no political ramifications because he is a citizen. If he raped somebody he should go to prison. Cuomo, on the other hand, is the Governor of New York. He is in the headlines every day for alleged sexual misconduct but, in my opinion, the charges that he murdered 15.000 people in the nursing home scandal, and covered it up for profit, are far more important. In the meantime, the sexual abuse allegations are destroying his ability to lead this state, and he has to go.
