2024 US Presidential Election

As Trump's dementia progresses, he continues to exhibit seemingly childish behaviors such as mood swings, tantrums, irrationality, forgetfulness, and vocabulary problems, which are similar to those seen in young children.

Such regression occurs because the brain cells of those afflicted are damaged to the point that their ability to communicate with each other is impaired. When brain cells cannot communicate normally, a person's thinking, behavior, and emotions are severely affected.

For example, the brain begins to forget things it has learned and struggles to arrange information in the correct order. People with dementia may also forget what they have just said, where they placed something, or become confused when performing tasks with multiple steps. Many also lose interest in activities they once enjoyed.

In most cases, family members or trusted individuals assist, eventually taking over the daily lives of those affected. The presidency, however, is the opposite: those around the president serve at his pleasure, carrying out his orders within the law and at times outside the law. Even White House doctors have been politicized beyond rational medical boundaries.

Trump's malignant narcissism is made worse by his evident progressive Alzheimer's dementia, which is recognized by those familiar with other elderly people suffering from the same condition. His bizarre behavior, rambling thoughts, and disorganized speech are on full display and will continue to worsen, while Miller and Vance work in the background, waiting for Donald's decline.

The Treasury Department is considering minting a $1 coin bearing President Donald Trump's likeness on both sides. It will be intended to honor him and commemorate the United States' 250th birthday next year.

Splendid idea! I can foresee immense savings if, instead of holding a presidential election, they simply flipped a coin. Heads, Trump wins. Tails, the Democratic challenger wins. The United States and the world would be spared all the noise of primaries, backbiting, scams, and all the related costs and bitterness. It could all be over in a timely manner.

Trump's concept for a health insurance plan for America:
"What we will do is we're looking at different plans," Trump said at September's debate, noting that he had "concepts of a plan."

"If we can come up with a plan that's going to cost our people, our population, less money and be better health care than Obamacare, then I would absolutely do it. But until then, I'd run it as good as it can be run,"
2025 Result: Shutdown the government and make health insurance more expensive for everyone, not just for the ACA users.

Note: The Democrats are not demanding coverage for illegal aliens; it will remain illegal, and they want to keep the ACA subsidies intact. The Republicans are framing the shutdown as the Democrats' fault, and Republicans are lying to advance this false narrative.

@Luman's love for all things Trump:
"The more corruption and illegalities that are revealed, the better it is that Trump was elected. He's doing even more than I expected. Tomorrow is three weeks since he was inaugurated, and new things are happening daily."

They tried to stop Trump with nonsensical criminal and civil charges and lawsuits, and failed. Attempts were made on his life, which failed. In 2024, an unqualified and unpopular VP was selected, not chosen by the people of the Democratic party, to run against him, and this also failed. In the 2024 presidential election, Donald Trump received 77,303,568 popular votes, or 49.81% of the national vote. He defeated Kamala Harris, winning 312 electoral votes to her 226.

The Democratic sore losers would be better off accepting the truth, straightening out their own backyards, forgetting about the illegal immigrants, and finding a qualified, moderate candidate to run for president in 2028.

Trump on protected free speech today:

"We took the freedom of speech away because that's been through the courts, and the courts said you have freedom of speech, but what has happened is when they burn a flag, it agitates and irritates crowds. They've never seen anything like it. On both sides,"

No pesky constitution for these folks.

Regarding the shutdown, what the Democrats are counting on is that the Republicans are just foolish enough to keep this fight going until their constituents see that they've been lying through their teeth about health care and rising costs when the new ACA adjustments take effect in November.

The Democrats are betting that Republican voters will realize they are being led by people who don't care about their well-being. They're hoping that some of these voters will choose to act in their own best interests in the next election rather than voting strictly along party lines. Republicans are willing to give every wealthy person a $300,000 tax break permanently but are unwilling to help ordinary Americans with even $10,000 worth of health care per year. And that figure represents those receiving the maximum subsidies—most people get far less.

If Republicans are truly concerned about the actual cost of health care, why don't they introduce a bill to stop insurance companies from robbing Americans?

The ACA, Medicaid, and Medicare don't just benefit Democrats. A large portion of MAGA supporters rely on these programs, which also strengthen the health care system as a whole. All the cuts that Trump and the Republican administration have enacted are deeply unpopular. People like knowing that when there's a hurricane, their food is safe to eat, that cures for cancer are being researched, and that life-sustaining medical care is available to those most in need. Once Republican voters realize the damage their leaders have caused, they may lose faith in their party and stop supporting them.

The question is whether these Republican voters are too blinded and conditioned to see the truth, preferring instead to revel in the idea of "owning the liberals." Punishment is satisfying only until the whip turns against you.
