Advice Please: Use of Earplugs Outside All the Time?

the risks of H with too much protection are nothing to worry about because it's not permanent

It will go down once protection is removed and the brain can readjust

Noise damage can be permanent

This is what worked for me: If it's too loud or painful, I wear earplugs. If it's not, I don't. I go by with what my ears tell me.
