Any idea/insider info/fortune teller story about Lenire launching in Germany?

We already know there were German speaking consultants during the assessments/device fitting, we know that they planned and failed hard with opening in both countries from day one. Even Dr. Berthold Langguth didn't know about a month ago when it will be launched in Germany, besides the fact that he is working closely with Neuromod.

Just a rough estimation... c'mon Neuromod, you have to know if it will or won't be till the end of this year, or not sooner than next 12, 24, 36... months. At least some kind of an indication would help many of us.

I'm naively waiting and refreshing my inbox about treatment availability in Germany. If that happens anytime soon, I will happily pass my Ireland date to you (8th of November).

Sorry if this has been hashed out before. So, if I’m understanding correctly the initial trials for Lenire showed about 20% of participants as non-responders, correct? I know the estimate is that 80% of people have tinnitus with a somatic component.

Does that mean that those 20% of people who didn’t see improvement had non-somatic tinnitus? Did Neuromod collect any data on the non-responders afterward to determine if their tinnitus was non-somatic?

My tinnitus is not improving. It's possibly worse and its reactivity is through the roof when it's bad.

It's only week 2 so far and I'll stick for another 10 weeks but frankly I'm hoping those 10 weeks fly by as right now I feel like quitting.

Hanging on to stories of improvement by people weeks into the treatment but right now that's like a pipe dream.

Urghhh - this doesn't sound good. But I think you should wait at least the 12 weeks.

Did I understood correctly that your tinnitus worsened and didn't go back to "baseline"?

Worth bearing in mind people said in the testimonials they didn’t start to notice improvements until the half way point or even towards the end of treatment!

      @Allan1967,

I think it's a good sign that your tinnitus reacts.

Do you have hearing loss and is your tinnitus somatic?

      Cheers mate!

I'll do a 1 week update tomorrow. It's extremely early to be claiming success... but my tinnitus is more quiet than it has ever been. I've had 3 days now of almost silence, just a slight hissy eeeee sound that I only hear when I listen for it. I'd say I've gone from a [3 loudness that reacts to certain sounds and increases to a 5] to a [1 loudness that reacts to the same sounds and increases to a 2].

My tinnitus has been extremely variable since march. When I go on holiday to the caravan it almost goes away (probably the lack of noise and stress), so I can't rule out that I'm just having a good week and it will return to normal.

On the THI scale I guess I've gone from about 30 to about 5-10. It really hasn't bothered me much this week except for straight after the sessions when it spikes for 30 mins.

Not started the treatment yet as I am in Europe on a holiday, brought it with me but I’ve had two lower days so I haven’t started yet. Don’t want another crisis while away, been a bad summer and want to salvage some... will start soon.

I have very minor hearing loss and yes I can manipulate it.

I had 3 good days last week, one this week and in between it's been hellish.

Prior to starting I was getting better days anyway (my longest stretch was 7 good days).

My measurement of success will be a lowering in pitch or persistent quieter days. Both would be nice.

I would not consider sporadic days a success.

Still; next Thursday is my 3rd week, so too early to tell still.

I was getting excited, but then I saw you have only had tinnitus for a few months.

How can we know that it's the device that's causing the change? Might as well be natural healing, as many people experience fading in the first months.

I'm sorry, I'm rooting for you, but your experience doesn't give this device more credibility, in my opinion. I think you are healing naturally, but of course we can never know for sure. Personally the only thing that will give this device credibility in my book is if it lowers tinnitus, for people who have had it 2+ years.

From a THI of 30 to a 5 is nice. But what I am looking for is from 85 to 50 or less to be honest. That would be a huge step.

My tinnitus is freaking killing me right now. I'm quickly losing faith. I have a scheduled call with Neuromod next week.

I think it's the white noise hiss. Piano tunes and chirps are ok.

In fact if this persists I'm quitting.

Stay strong, IIRC Neuromod said increases in tinnitus were all transient/temporary. Other users here have seen their tinnitus increase as well in the beginning.

Just finished watching the Q and A with the CEO of Neuromod all the way through which I'm sure many on here have...

Reminds me that there are many innovators throughout the world who are really making an impact on both the woes and comforts of the society. This device is no doubt a stepping stone or for some... the silver bullet.

Many very wealthy investors who also have tinnitus have skin in the game and when lots of money is thrown at ideas or cures something usually happens... i.e... AIDS.. HEPATITIS... or going back to the Moon... Elon Musk or.... what I saw on the news about that guy who flew over the English Channel I believe on a hovercraft.

From experience with this pain in the arse affliction I can say without a doubt that with time you do habituate to this stupid noise. I heard that from other folks when I first got it... and I was like shut your stupid face but those people were right... go figure....

Easier said then done, but give yourself credit for enduring and pushing on with living your life because..................the world doesn't stop for anybody.

No disrespect intended but you joined tail end of May, have only made 8 posts and they're all on Lenire. 5 sessions is the equivalent of 2 days and one morning.

How do we know you're genuine and not an employee of Neuromod?

What's IIRC mean please? I know Neuromod said that and in fact they said to me personally that every other person on the trial experienced increases and fluctuations, but this is just fucking killing me again.
