Same here, but I am keeping myself busy a lot, it's screaming but somehow not bothering me that much, I hope we all get better from it.

 

We need a noise reduction - We deserve something. Why is it that this condition has no treatment - Let's hope this is the start of meaningful relief... Fair play to Ross O'Neill and his team for getting the product to market and trying to do something positive for us. I hope he succeeds and becomes a very rich man.

I think I can't explain in words how much you (and everyone involved) means to us sufferers. Maybe it's because you are suffering yourself. There aren't many people in the world suffering from tinnitus and willing to do something about it. You guys are awesome.

I don't really know how to describe in the English language but the feeling that there are people out there trying to help us and get it out ASAP means a LOT to me. Where some researchers don't bother releasing press news you guys understand how important it is for severe sufferers to release the information and work non-stop on it. I really appreciate that. I am sorry I can't help you more because of the language gap.

Maybe we could add this question to the Q&A: how much does it cost to produce your device in the Chinese factory?

I know that’s very negative of me to say but I just don’t understand why when there is so many potential customers - IF IT WORKS - why not price it at say £500 quid or less. Maybe even the cost of a cheap TENS machine? Is it that different?!

Say even 5 million people with tinnitus buy it. That’s a f*** pile of money by anyone’s standards.

My fear at that price is that they expect it to fail and just want to flog it to the most desperate and scarper off the market sharpish... AGAIN.

I do really really hope I’m wrong guys and gals.

Regarding the original MuteButton, there seems to be a general consensus it didn’t work.

Did the customers who bought it get a refund or were they just left to bear the cost?

 

If I remember they mentioned price will be similar to hearing aids because both of them are 'medical devices', not just 'sound devices' like headphones.

 

Yes but how much research went into it? The people doing said research are likely at the top of their professions and won’t come cheap. I mean if this works it is a life saver for someone like yourself right?

 

Trying to stay level minded in regards to this. I’ll wait until the Q&A is out and all the data. Man if this works I’ll have to sell my body for the funds to buy this thing.

 

Don’t even start me on hearing aids... 5 quid to produce and £5000 to buy. Cheers guys. Lovely work.
