I used several sound therapies over the course of the last 5 months, I really can't say one was better than the other or better than my white noise generated by my hearing aids. All I can say is after a few months of a major freak out, thinking I would never get better, I did. It was a slow process and I still hear it but I say by some miracle it's no longer driving me insane.

I just dowloaded their app from Google Play. It's very expensive, but free to try for 14 days.

You start by doing a hearing test and I guess they adapt the therapy to match your test.

I've only been using it for twenty minutes now, and I have no idea if it helps me habituate, but it sure is very pleasant to relax to.

My new favorite is the Widex Zen app. There's one that's relatively new and it's very effective for helping me totally ignore my tinnitus. Unfortunately I seem to be in some cycle where I am able to co-exist with tinnitus and when it really gets on my nerves. Still learning but like the say time heals and the longer I have this the better I am at dealing with it.

@Ambassador That one seems to be only for iPhone, I'm afraid.

I think there's an Android version but I can't confirm, I'm an iPhone user.

Just looking for opinions & experiences with the Neuromonics products. The website seems to make some pretty tall claims for a pretty heavy price tag. I downloaded their iphone app, "Tinnitus Alleviator" actually listing to it right now. There aren't many iTunes reviews on the app, only 3 stars, but of course there are loads of testimonials on the website. I found it a but strange that they haven't had any facebook or twitter posts since 2017 though.

Appreciate any insights if someone cares to share.
