New Member... Long-Time Sufferer... Losing Every Last Bit of Sanity

I have had this for so long I have completely forgotten what the world actually sounds like...all I hear anymore is a loud, incessant mixture of crickets and ringing, 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. It's so loud it keeps me from sleeping and when I do get to sleep it wakese up...I average 4 hrs. a night for the past 20 to 30 years ( I use a broad range because I've had this problem so long I can't remember when it started ). I really can not deal with it anymore and am desperately seeking help...

 

Sorry about your struggle with T for that long. It must be very hard to deal with. Incidentally, one of our TT members @I who love music has written a success story how he uses a simple method to bring silence back after 40 years of bad T.
