Open Prayer (Everyone Please Read)

Here is a prayer

"Do not pass a man in need, for you may be the hand of God to him." ~Proverbs 3:27


Dear Heavenly Father,

I would like to thank you for gracing me with these beautiful people in my time of need. I see these people help others everyday. Maybe they do not believe in you but I cannot say that matters.

Lord, reflecting your image Is more important than belief. People get what they give and lord these people give it their all. They spread a message of hope, and for that I am thankful. Many of them are kind, understanding, humble people. I am amazed by their random acts of kindness towards me and others. Through their responses they make such a HUGE difference. They truly inspire people, especially me.

I'm gonna be honest, T sucks. But I can honestly say that I don't care for it anymore. It annoys me but I am so happy. I'm happy to be changed by what others would consider a plague or curse, otherwise I wouldn't be who I am right now. My life is amazing just how it is and I am grateful for what I have. Lord, happy to have what I need and not just what I want. T will rip your life to shreds if you let it, but how can I continue to complain when I see people living in the streets everyday? They are in need. They need shelter, food, love, and compassion among other things. I have all of those things.

T has brought out the worst in me. But I am thankful because with help from others and prayer, I turned the worst in me into the best. Lord I pray for healing in all of us. Those with T and those without, cause let's face it everyone on this planet needs healing in one way or another. Please bless those who are lost and hurt. Let them know that i don't go a day without praying for them too. Let them know their struggles don't go unnoticed and that you get survive a storm with a little hope that things will get better. Things will get better we just have to see and accept the graces we see/receive everyday. Let all of humanity regardless of belief be healed.

I love you lord, amen

I think about all of you every single day. Understand that your plights don't go unnoticed. Understand that while you may feel alone, you are not. I pray for all of us every single day. For those who are struggling, I am so sorry but everyone has that phase. It's important to know that while the world may seem uncaring, harsh, rude that there is someone who cares. If you don't believe in God that is fine because at least now you know that I care. A 15 year old high school junior carries you around everywhere in her heart. It makes her heart heavy to see you struggle, she prays for a better day every single day.

Thankfully Jesus Christ is the same today, yesterday, and forever. With our lives in His hands, He can work miracles in our hearts and all aspects of our lives. May He work miracles for you physically, mentally, emotionally, socially...in all ways, as you seek to know Him and serve Him better.

We need to each get involved in lots of local churches, ministries, conferences, healing prayer to help get His guidance for the divine strategy we need to walk out our lives and healing. All His best!

I agree with prayer as way to help cope. -- It helps me forget that I have T although it is really hard to ignore at times.

Hey, what translation did you use for Proverbs 3:27? I can't seem to find that translation of the verse in any of my Bibles.

 

God loves us so much he gives us incurable torturous ailments. Let us gather in praise and thank him.

 

I hate to say this, but tinnitus is the one condition that solidifies my disbelief in God. I just can't imagine why a supreme creator of our universe would create such a devastating symptom for the biggest anxiety sufferers of the planet to deal with. It's beyond cruel.

But please convince me otherwise.

The god of the Bible says if you don't love me I will see you tortured for ever more in Hell. The God of the bible allows children to die of leukemia and blastomas. I'm not sure he's gonna pay much attention to a bunch of tinnitus sufferers. But whatever floats your boat.

While I accept your religions, you should include different believe systems in your thoughts and quote these too, Buddha, Lao Tzu, Confucius, Mohammed ... It is very arrogant to think your own religion is the one and right one. Personally I think prayers and religions are one reason the world is such a horrible place for so many people and it is best to stay away from them. People praying never made things better only worse .. and nearly all religions, especially the monotheistic ones always exclude others ..
