      Occasionally, I drink passionflower tea at night before bed. I believe it helps with sleep.

      I believe it was meds and stress
      It has to be Passion Flower Incarnata...
      ...another natural ingredient that helps is Turmericure - Tumeric. and a complex b vitamin.
      Ive tried everything. I was addicted to 4 mg. of benzos for five years. Im off for 6 months now. My Dr. was blown away. I did adipose stem cell in Phoenix. After the treatment my immune and nervous system strengthened and i was able to quit the benzo.
      Yet my tinnitus is worst but some how I am able to deal better. Ive been off of Tinnitus Talk for some time. Is there any new promising treatments. Bless you all. Love,
