Yes! I'm very happy with the teapot! I'm re-discovering the world of tea
If we are able to travel again normally, I would like to make a journey focused on tea, maybe visit a tea plantation somewhere in Asia... for now, just a dream! 
Lately my hearing is giving me trouble... I do not know why I hear worse and worse for no apparent reason... how are you doing with tinnitus?

I've been flirting for a long while now with the idea of making it to Japan and then spending a while there studying and knowing more about tea. We could figure something out to go together. I don't know, talking with universities to get some financial and accommodation help, then coming back with a full study about Japanese green tea and everything related to it (farming, pottery, geography, climate change and its impact on crops...)
My tinnitus is constantly fluctuating. Its baseline is loud, I'd say very loud. I can hear it everywhere all the time no matter surrounding noises. It sounds like an angle grinder chopping layers of thick tin. That's my comfort zone and I can spend wide spans of time ignoring it. Don't ask me how I've reached this point but be sure there has been a lot of darkness, tears, fear, depression and pure agony along the route. During the "ignoring it" periods my emotional response to it is zero worries. Then there are days when I wake up to the louder more nasty version of it and I simply feel like sh*t but I keep doing my everyday stuff. Stopping my routine doesn't stop the tinnitus, so... I would love to see a picture of your teapot in action! Remember to only brew Japanese greens with it. I've gone through lots of them and that particular one is really good for the price. We should talk more about this subject. Picture, please!
Here is my newest one. Made by Gafu Ito. Incredibly light. I'm brewing really little amounts of tea in it lately, around 60/70cl per extraction with around 4 grams of leaves. I really dig the concentration in flavor of the result. That there is a really fine yabukita I ran out of it recently and I'm already sourly missing.

Already back in Ireland. This is the view from my window. Cork City. Can't love this place more.

I've lived there for quite a while. I like its authenticity. Its history from megalithic times to how they fought the filthy British empire. Its folklore and music. The passion for sports. Landscapes and rainy weather, which is my favorite climate despite actually not being as rainy as many foreigners think. Irish people is very nice in general. Also how despite being a highly catholic culture, churches are not economically supported by government and public money. That who likes fairy tales pays from his pocket to those who tell them. It's simply a marvelous place to spend our most important belonging: time.

That's amazing, I had no idea people are still allowed up there. Thought it'd been fenced off years ago.
It is fenced off apart from on Summer & Winter Solstice, then it's free to access and you can be amongst the stones.
It was my first time there. Usually, I go to the east coast to watch the sunrise, but I thought it was time to go to Stonehenge. The vibe was good and happy - obviously a few wreckheads but there always will be. The Druids gathered around the Heel Stone for sunrise - it was a beautiful thing to see. And within the stones, a huge group of people stood close together holding hands for nearly two hours in some kind of trance. I know someone made a comment about it obviously not looking very "hippie/Druidie", but it was. Lots of folks in white robes and headdresses, drums being banged everywhere, horns and pipes being played - it was great! I only got the photos above because I wanted to enjoy the moment rather than photographing everything.

I absolutely HATE crowds but I wouldn't mind making an exception there.
Yeah me too! I'm usually a "crowd avoider" at all costs, but the atmosphere was great. My partner also hates crowds with a passion - but he loved it. Maybe we'll see you at the solstice next year.
