      Hi everyone!

I have T and H and I am a bit stuck right now. The last few months have been relatively good in terms of T loudness, but it has also became very reactive. I wear ear plugs at home and even the sound of taking a shower causes a spike that lasts 2-3 days.

Here is my timeline so far:
Dec. 2013: noise exposure, tinnitus onset
3 days later: piracetam injections for a few days, no change, stupid doc. sends me home to wait
2 weeks later: T seems to have lessened a bit
1 month later: huge worsening after going to a pub (I have been to a pub like the second time ever), depression, the worsening was some kind of sudden hearing loss and it goes away 1 week later
4 months later: another doctor prescribes piracetam pills, taking them ever since
8 months later, Aug. 2014: steroid injections, T almost gone afterwards
Sept. 2014: T starts to slowly come back, becomes responsive day by day
Oct. 2014: T is very responsive, I am stuck at home

I thought that the improvement would last better. I think I must have something that I am doing wrong since T worsens by itself. I haven't been eating healthy, and I am trying now. Also, I don't excercise enough because every raise in my blood pressure worsens the T.

What do you think I should do?
Your reply is more than welcome.
