Systemic Oral Enzymes (Wobenzym N etc.) for Tinnitus

Update,
Well I had two setbacks this weekend as I work as a bike mechanic. Two tires exploded one on Sat & one Sunday. Which made my OK day to a really bad day yesterday. Sat was a good day. Now I have 3 days off in a row so I will stay in a quite place at home. I am doing the enzymes at 7x3 now, today seems good it's there but very quite so I will keep busy with stuff around the house. Hoping 3 days off will help me recover better working 51 hours a week was just too much now I am down to 35 hours on 4 days.

Off topic but why are tires exploding? Don't they use pressure gages?

 

Customers put air in there tires in the shop happens I have done it myself very careful but sometimes a tire is not seated fix 100 flats and one can blow. Customers on the other hand really have no clue these days... Another one blew yesterday so I keep having these set backs, never was a problem before the accident in Jan but that was a BIG one sounded like a gun shot. 5 months now still taking the enzymes but too many set backs. Will finish the bottle call it a day...
