Hi, this is my first post.
A few days ago, I had a BPPV attack - my first - and for unknown reasons (I just woke up with it one morning).
Fortunately, I was able to diagnose my self correctly and get help two days later in the form of the Epley maneuver. While I'm only slightly dizzy now, six days later - mostly just after I wake up - I've had ringing in my head since this happened. It doesn't seem to be more on side rather than the other (the BPPV was in my left ear). I does not change with position. It is constant and resembles the whitenoise from a TV set which is not set to a channel.
Fortunately, it is not very loud - it is mainly when I'm alone with my own thoughts, that I'm aware of it.
But my question to you, dear community, is if there is anybody here who has been my shoes - experienced this - and if so, can tell me how it progressed.
