    That sounds like a very high dose. The highest dose of pregabalin I’ve ever taken was 150 mg, three times a day. I tend to wake up with my worst tinnitus by far. I also have numbness in my toes and feet, and sometimes a stinging sensation.

    There's also anti-anxiety meds that some people take, such as benzos (best taken sparingly or avoided) or Buspirone (can cause tinnitus), Pregabalin/Lyrica, and Gabapentin. I've used Hydroxyzine, but it's an antihistimime that's more like a sleeping pill and hasn't worked that well for me.

    Lorazepam (Ativan) is a benzo. I take a 0.5mg dose every third day. It doesn't spike my tinnitus and minimal effect on anxiety or sleep at that dose for me. Be careful with benzos. Pregabalin (Lyrica), Buspirone (Buspar), Gabapentin, and Hydroxyzine are some other meds used for anxiety.
