Sorry about your foot problem, from someone who also has foot problems. Instead of pills, I use weekly acupuncture treatments. These treatments are very good at reducing inflammation. You might consider this. Good luck.

@Thomas_83, tinnitus can spike a lot after that kind of treatment and acupuncture as it increases blood flow. Speaking from experience. Usually it is what it is - a spike - and will calm down to baseline again.

Glad to hear! My tinnitus is probably TMJ/TMD-caused too. My left joint hurts the most, and my left ear rings the most, but my morse code is in the right ear for some reason. Looking forward to starting treatment too.

I was thinking about this Saturday whilst I was lying there spending another £35. How often can you do it? Seems to last about 48 hours for me.

I've tried acupuncture for tinnitus and also for my pollen allergy, but it didn't help for any of them. I strongly think that acupuncture is just a placebo treatment, or is just not useful for these type on conditions. Maybe it's useful for something else.

Second acupuncture appointment and got CBD gummies at the chiropractor today. Tinnitus sounds like very high pitched static. We will see!

Has acupuncture worked for anyone?

I find significant relief from acupuncture. It lowers my volume within hours of treatment. I also have cranial sacral modality as well which is equally effective. I would not go to just any acupuncturist/cranial sacral practitioner. Not all of them are good at what they do.

It worked so well that he is gone from this forum! :-) I'm trying acupuncture next week (my 6 month anniversary)..

There's no shortage of actual medical papers on Pubmed that demonstrate acupuncture and definitely help certain kinds of T. And western medicine isn't helping much so it's worth - the acupuncture and chinese medicine both - trying. Beats doing nothing. I'm going to be looking at doing it soon...

Acupuncture helps me, not to the point of relieving Tinnitus but to the point of relieving depression and anxiety. It calms me. The days I dont do acupuncture I really feel the down side. It does cost a bit mush. I pray the moxibustion works or relieves the T.

So any more success stories of acupuncture working for you guys? I am considering it as a local acupuncturist claims to have a good success rate with curing it. Also have insomnia (maybe partly caused by the tinnitus). Anyone had success with improving insomnia with acupuncture? Thanks...
