The video depressed, nay enraged me. This man's arrogant gaslighting is utterly abhorrent, not to mention the great damage he's actually caused.

I genuinely don't understand how anyone could read this and not see it for the obvious patient-blaming and gaslighting it is. That's like saying the severity of chronic pain is irrelevant, if you just respond positively your brain will tune it out. Also, TRT can and has harmed patients. Whether it's pain-hyperacusis patients that relapsed or people whose tinnitus got worse, the advice given by TRT practitioners isn't safe for everyone.
