Wisdom Teeth Extraction

I have an impacted wisdom teeth on both sides. Tomorrow I have and appt with an nurse to pull them out. They don't need a drill, they just cut them out.

Should I do the surgery?

Do you think this can possibly make my tinnitus any worse?

What medication can I possibly take afterwards?

They have been pulled out. I explained my tinnitus to the nurse and he was very understandable. So far no change in my tinnitus, maybe a bit softer. No drilling needed.

FYI I take paracetamol which is considered pretty safe from what I've read here. It's the first time taking pain killers since onset and so far no change.
