    Fleeting T can be terrifying, so I have a rule to not worry for the first 60 seconds. As a result of adopting this rule I have been able to avoid worrying for no good reason. And like I said, it is even possible that fleeting T is good for you.

    Short answer is nobody knows for sure. In my personal experience, I never had fleeting T until I had actual T. However others have had fleeting T before getting actual T.

    @ErikaS that's interesting, by no means am I trying to alarm you but I had a similar experience right before I found out about my acoustic neuroma. I would get fleeting tinnitus episodes and then reactivity started. It went away the first time but then came back and I've now had it for 2 years.
